Many drivers at K&B have been there for years; same with Schneider. I like K&B's guaranteed minimum paychecks. West Side Transport also has a guaranteed minimum pay.

1200 bucks should not be an issue about
    Which job and why.
    That's cheap for total freedom.
Eat one weeks pay and pay off the 1200 yourself.

I think going anyplace that would reimburse what you owe isn't going to be any better than where you are. I would move out of that dedicated route if your looking for more cpm.

You could try calling places and looking around for other jobs and see if they are interested with the experience you have, even temporary employment places might be better for now. You will most likely need to pay what you owe out of pocket bailing so soon. But it won't be a big deal if you can find a job paying more.

With 6 months experience unless you’re willing to go flatbed, you’re making what you’re going to make. Melton will reimburse tuition out of your check. They’ll get you the miles you want as will TMC and maverick but you’ll be working for your money. If the loans are private, you can go to another mega carrier like swift or prime. Out of the KC area I assume you’re in, Swift is begging for Walmart dedicated out of Harrisonville Missouri. Loaded miles both ways and 15 per stop.

Plain and simple Tell Schneider that they can't drop your pay unless you agree and contact your Dept of labor in your state. Some states have sued Schneider for making people stay there for a year. Call in sick all the time with your truck at home and see how they handle it. Make sure the DOL agrees they can't fire you and still charge you.

You do know that most of these company and school finance situations need to get a judgement against you to collect if you don't complete the length of time served.

They can't even nick your credit report until they have a judgement.

    Judgement requires you be served.
