Not if I can help it. And that was my point... People bragging about OSW that make the same as someone pulling legal loads, in a thread about Mega Carriers...
Give it some more time.

I have no disillusion about working for a Mega, I stay away from the kool-aide. But I know what it costs to make a buck and it is less than most that think they are doing "better" in some entry level OSW.

To the heart of this thread prime vs tmc... over all tmc for a fresh cdl graduate. However the two can't be compared as tmc requires a minimum of 1year inthe seat before they will even consider you for a purchase truck, on top of the required minimum average per week while in that one year. When i was there they wanted a minimum of $3250 a week in gross revenue to the truck.

It is the "best bang for the buck". That isn't for everyone, maybe they want more on the plate to keep entertained with their work. Whatever it takes to make the job feel less like a job is a win in my book. But to say it's better than someone that makes the same isn't going to fly with me.
Maybe it is a bit more money, it should be. But is it worth what it costs? The cost compared to a Mega Driver? Give it some more time... -
