I NEVER would have shown up with anything more than 0.00. Sure I may drink some at night, but not enough that there would be any left in my system in the morning.

there is only state laws on this but there is not one state where it is valid with all other states. Good in some not in others so no matter which way you look at it your breaking the law at some point.

It states no were in our bible about guns in trucks....nothing.. -
there is no fmcr that says you "can't" have a fire arm in the truck and none that says you can. I have been in heated debates on this forum about it and the best i can come up with from the rules i have read is that it depends on your state you live in and what states your state works with. google "us handgun laws" and read away. It is a debate i have lost hair over and i would love to know the truth from any law enforcment that knows.

If there is no language specifically banning it then it is not illegal on a strictly federal level. Of course you are still bound to the laws of whatever state you find yourself in. I'm making the call Monday and should have an answer before Tuesday. Like I said I have a working relationship with our local ATFE field office because they issued my explosives license and come out every year to inspect my magazine and paperwork. Good helpful people, this question shouldn't be a tough one. Although I can see them referring me to USDOT, hopefully they know someone over there.
