Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

From what i have understood that they want to have truck with wooden cab and those questionable add ons, and that cost actually way more than factory cab

 

Does not have to make sense to us . It is their money . If that's what they want , they get it. Concept the Ceasar can not grasp!

I took heaps of Photos when I was in India a few years ago. i will have to find (& scan) them..

Indeed, they used wooden cabs, don't know if they still do. The problem of course is that such a cab offers no protection what so ever in case of a collision, and there are many collisions in India. I suppose a human life should be valued high in any society, so I hope they have better cabs now. India will implement Euro VI in April 2020, so they go from the present Euro IV directly to Euro VI. No wonder, the smog in New Delhi can be deadly.
