I paid $3k for a clutch once but it included a 30 mile loaded tractor trailer tow plus 2 nights in a hotel. I paid $53k for my 13 WS glider in my avatar last year. I also had them throw in $3k worth of parts and service. Being honest, Detroit’s leak oil, it’s in their DNA. The minute you fix one leak, another will spring up. I’ve owned six Series 60 trucks they’ve all leaked. Even this glider needs the oil cooler resealed.

Another 10 hours labor should more than cover sealing the rear housing and replacing rear engine mounts.martin2722 Thanks this. -
I bought a 2013 Fitz Columbia with 560,000 in November. So far I love it. This is the first 12.7 I've owned and after having it tuned, it runs great. Mine doesn't leak all that much, but I've had stupid stuff leak, nothing major just little things. I also knew when I bought the truck, the head was replaced at some time. The block is the Fitz green and the head is Detroit blue.
I paid more then I wanted to, but sometimes you gotta pay a little more for something you want. Only thing I wish it had was a 13 spd, but once the current 10 spd goes out, it'll have a 13.
Try looking at i294trucksales.com, they sell a lot of gliders. (I bought mine there) There's also a dealer outside Atlanta that sells a lot of gliders 3e's I think.martin2722 Thanks this. -
