Is it the best lease purchase prigram out there though? Im axtually trying to own the truck in 3 years time so its a quick parh to a good truck. New truck would have 350k miles on it paid off in three years good deal vs buying used lower payments but it would have 300k miles 3 years from that paid off with 600k miles and screwed

It depends on the used truck.

Me, I don't like the idea of leasing. It can make sense, especially in the first year or so of business. I get hung up on the 18% apr though. I'd rather save my nickels and dimes then gave the downpayment to buy outright.

I over pay 331.00 per week extra that will pay it off in 3 years. There program is good. Yes SFI makes a ton I know for a fact they paid 104k for my brand new 2016 Freightliner, but my cost was 147k. You will never have there buying power when it comes to rigs. My thoughts are its a good starter program. I did them for about 15 months then went to a small reefer company to learn reefer then my own authority. I'm just 2 months from my 1 year anniversary running my own authority. Trailer is paid and truck will be paid off in October. It does take hard work. I think about my truck and operations all the time. My 2 cents

So from my understanding i can get a new frirghtliner do a one year lease then refinance for 3 years and then no balloon payment? 4 years total for a 150k dollar truck? What about a slightly used one say 80k to 100k how would that work appriciate you help man. What kind of intwrest rates they charge?

There isn't interest. It's a lease they Bend you over and that's that. You get to deduct all lease payments. I did a 3 year right off the bat. At the end of 3 if you don't pay extra you either lease the ballon for 2 more years or turn in a get new. You can turn it in and quit anytime and pay 5500.00 re marketing fee. I know they have a new premium Freightliner with leather, workstation really nice tripak it's like 174k. I would not take a used truck. You will never get a straight answer on it

How much is the balloon buy out option at the end of those three years? And what are the monthly lease payments for those 3 years?

    52 x 860 x3 + 58000= 192,160. Like you said, they definately bend you over. That's painful.

Yep. But you do get a new truck. It's like buying an education. It's all a write off. Plus you need to back out the 168.00 per week for maintenance that's in that payment So 700x3x52 is 109,200.00.
