393.60(e) Violation - What..

Having your phone out recording video in front of a cop is not a good idea. Although it's legal, the cop will think you're wanting to provoke them, and the last thing you want to do is put a cop in defensive mode.

 

Trucker help...I drive a day cab and put up cardboard to block the sun out the rear mirrors and got a violation for it makes no since It don't touch the bottom and can still see from the back window it's only half way down..

 

I was pulled over at i30 AR scale and got violation my gps was mounted on windshield bottom side only 4 inches covering area, even there was nothing obstructed only i can see hood if remove it. And my left side turn signal turnd in to light yellow colour due to sun light. Got violation according to officer must be in dark yellow colour. Any body can help me these are violations????? Or can i challenge in court???

Fine. Make the whole #### front of the truck a 10 foot sloped pane of single glass and use 6 inch wipers on the far left. Cover everything else on the right side. /snark...

I wonder how in the world we ever got away with 6 weeks worth of accumulated papers a foot high on the entire dash back then.

 

I have my dash cam mounted on top of windshield. Wiper still sweeps it barely. It’s mounted under my sun visor. If I flip my visor down it covers the cam. Visor covers more of the wiper sweep than the cam. If I kept my visor down always.....
Is that legal?
