What Kenworth model would better compare to the DAF CF?

None. There's only the K200 as cabover trucks, all the other Kenworths are conventionals.

The CF is for distribution work etc. You can stay overnight in the sleeper version, but that is not what it is meant for. The XF is far roomier, according to DAF it is still the cab with the most room among all Euro trucks.

Sorry, You're going to have to elaborate on that,

If you're talking about the Pin in the Middle of the Bullbar. There's quite often a linch pin or "R" clip in the Bottom of the pin to stop It bouncing out.

That hook Does NOT secure the Cab down..!!

It is just like the safety catch on the hood of your Car..whichs stop the hood from blowing open in the event of the latch not securing..

There are 2 hydraulic locks (one on each side) at the rear of the Cab. They have Jaws similar to Turntable(5th wheel) Jaws. They are plumbed in series with the lifting ram. When you start to raise the Cab, the first few Pump strokes open the Jaws. Then the ram starts lifting the Cab jaws..
Conversely when you lower the Cab you pump until the cab is Lowered then a few extra pumps to lock the Jaws. There is a Safety interlock switch in the Jaws & you can't start the Truck unless the jaws are Securely locked..

So we shouldn't really compare the K200 to the XF because Kenworth has much roomier and better suited trucks for over the road you would agree?

Look again at the video of that K200 cab, and tell me where that cab is much roomier than the XF. There's a bed directly behind the seats, just as with the XF. The K200 has that huge doghouse in the cab, and no (storage) room over the seats. So, explain to me where you see all that extra room. There are more Australian Kenworths with a similar layout of bed directly behind seats.
