But you did nonetheless pay California its fuel tax. That is the way IFTA works. They get their money whether you buy fuel there or not.

    RedRover and SingingWolf Thank this.

California can get their tax money at the end of the year. And only for the miles driven there. Not a penny more.

Are you driving for US Transport, by chance? You were at the La Quinta near the Sapp Bros. truck stop, I'm assuming? You were about a mile down the road from where I work. If I'd known, I'd have offered to take you for a night out on the town, but I just kinda come and go from the forum whenever, and I don't believe I was posting on here at all around that time.

I stayed at the LaQuinta, then Super8. Both next door to each other off 76. Just a little up from 88th. The Super8 was better.
I'm with WW Transport. I do spend a ridiculous amount of time in my truck at TA and FlyingJ, in Aurora.

Oh, hell, you're considerably further north than I thought. I thought you were talking about right here in the vicinity of Quebec St. and I70. You're out there by.... I think you're talking about the area where Werner and Waste Management are, and I think there's a drive-in theater in that area, Rocky Mountain Cummins should be in that area, and I believe HVH and Apex Transportation are both off of that exit, as well. Don't fully remember what else is there.

    Wargames Thanks this.
