One tip is all you need. Find a hot chick that can drive and use a smart phone and an insta-pot, marry her and make her your team co-driver. That way you make twice as much money, can usually trip plan on the fly, have her research shippers and recievers with google maps and use the trucker path to find you a parking spot. In her off time she can cook you hot nutritious meals and serve them to you with a smile. She will also make your downtime pass more merrily.

And if down time becomes an issue, use Viagra.

My wife isn't a driver... But she still helps with some trip planning and shipper/receiver/parking research while we have our daily talks on the phone... She is an absolute God send at times... And always very supportive.

If you have Google maps, there are reviews there for many shippers/receivers. Good way to see if there's on-site parking or other little nuggets of information your dispatch may have left out.

And like the others have said, please don't hit my truck.

Don't feel the need to get out and have loud conversations between the sleepers of parked trucks at 3am for what should be, but obviously isn't...obvious.
