    I hate nyc i let one person in suddenly everyome forces there way in not today tho guy came from beside me and just kept trying to force his way in i blew horn by then it was too late. No police invloved will this still go against me? And whos are fault?

    No no accent dudes from georgia. But he just kept going like an idiot and i spent about 5 hours driving across gw bridge all people wanma cut me off ive had enough i let a truck in this guy was beside me mad close and just kept trying to force his way i was under the impression you have to yeild to person on left. Im already in the lane hes trying to get into

    No police report, so no fault. Let the insurance companies sort it out.

    If you were in your lane and he forced his way in, then he's the one at fault.

    Same thing happened to me on the cross bronx. Never heard anything about it.

    I’d say he’s at fault. My company would say it was avoidable and I’m now in trouble because of unsafe driving habits. But if he was supposed to yield and his lane ended, it’s his fault.
