    I was over in that neck of the woods yesterday and saw both those rigs. The cab over was headed west and that orange and silver Pete got on around exit 20 headed east in MN.

    I was going to say that looks like the tanks they use to haul acid. In my neck of the woods they haul acid into the steel mill in a tank like that.

    just my way of remembering which ones are 14 feet high:
    any state west of the Missisippi that does not touch the river is a lock, any touching you can check
