Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

    destiled of course, but sometimes you can find very cheap def based on deminarised wated, this would be same as you pull drain from AC into def tank

    I think Brenntag has a near monopoly on the DEF distribution market here in the US and most likely they have that market cornered Europe too. And they're not distributing low quality fluid. But my point was that DEF for diesel engines was a market that did not exist 10 or 15 years ago. It was created by the whim of a government mandate.

    Yes. Really. There was no market for DEF 10 or 15 years ago. Diesel,engines did not require it until the government mandated it. Until then UREA had other industrial uses but DEF was not one of them. Of course this makes UREA much more in demand and more valuable than it ordinarily would be by creating a phony DEF market for it like that.

    Dont have any idea, i guess around 900k lbs gross, trailer itself is rated for 705500lbs of payload,that make gross of trailer at 1058 000lbs. Plus trucks
