I dont do McDs, or BK or any other fast food. I do carry Progresso soup cans and some lunch meat in case I get jammed up on a jobsite. ....but I eat at sit down restaurants that serve REAL FOOD. sometimes you just need to get out of behind the wheel !

Sittin here in WV. At my turn on a two lane waiting on curfew to lift for 2 lane roads. Driver in front of me said eff the curfew and took off. As soon as he made his turn he was lit up. I'm laughing so hard I'm crying ! This moron deserves what he has coming.

Same here. Some times, you get stuck out in the middle of nowhere. That's what the groceries in the truck are for. But if at all possible, I want to sit at a table with food worthy to be in pictures and conversations. (sorry beancounters...no one want a picture of ramen noodles and PB&J). I want to relax. I want to reward myself for that day's work. And I hate each and every one of you that posts pictures of beautiful food.

Oh boy, that’s my bloody plan after today. It actually was all tits and beer till I broke one of my driving rules and put myself in an accident. I ain’t real proud of it — but no injuries, no tow, nothing really negative will come from it aside from my DAC and having a preventable at-fault on my license now. Just happy no one was injured, her daughter is a-okay, and I’m not too stubborn to NOT learn a thing or two from what I did wrong. Rookie mistake :(

On the bright side. I’m loaded. Beaumont Texas tonight. Birmingham tomorrow. North Carolina Saturday.

Gonna find me some nice food. Y’all stay safe out there.

And if you walk in and it looks like they haven’t redecorated since 1980, and the booths are old vinyl benches, the walls are thin wood paneling, it’s going to be good food usually.

IMG_2292.JPG Had to get horizontal for a spell. Here at the Harborcreek TA eating a bite now.
Noticed a driver come in and get food from the buffet to go.... still wearing his fingerless gloves lol. Sorry but I'm a lover of about anything BBQ, and these ribs are actually dang good!
