Two weeks ago Transportation Offices Fired 600 long term Employees.

Drivers have talked about it on here on other threads...check it out. I am sure you are glad they did it.....till it comes down to you going out the door with an AP escort.

 

Once again not at 66. We lost one full time over all and she is now in the warehouse. Of course we were running a tighter ship to start. We lost one OPs manager. He may have been escorted out but he had access to Walmart sensitive data.

 

Not going to happen.... The hatchet man said he had no intention of selling or axing the fleet!!!!! (sarcasm)

Are things changing? Sure they are. Hell 92 looked like a bomb went off today. But I always used to wonder why with only 150 drivers they needed 5 coordinators and two customer service when so many offices in that range have far less.

And yeah they have lost 29 drivers since the first of the year. Guess some folks believe the hype that eventually the pay is going to drop, or PF is going away. Maybe they just did not want to clean their dirty trucks. I have no idea why they left.

As I have said I am here until the checks quit. Anyone coming here will get the best answer I can give if they ask.

I understand a lot of you folks that bailed are bitter. That's fine. No one wants to be proven wrong.
