Call your dispatcher, and shop.
Arrange to have a shop dump your entire tanks. Dispose of the fuel inside everything to the engine and back. Replace the filters, all of them. (They are contaminated with water)
Water can destroy a large truck engine very easily. They do not compress at all and make a already high compression situation a bomb inside a Desiel. This is why most engineers vent and drain water prior to starting a desiel in the morning, especially the older ones that have this feature. But these are like ship engines, train engines etc.
Your company will be documenting everything and then billing that truckstop that sold you that bad water in fuel. Chances are you wont be the only one with it and might be the first to let them know hey you have water in your fuel you are selling.
If you are loaded, have a team or another driver come get it off you. Your tractor is not feeling well and needs work like right away.
Possible water in fuel.

To the OP, I viewed your post with videos. Etc.
Bad fuel pump would be another idea. I had a fuel pump go bad once when the O Ring seals went out inside of it turning my big rig into a 20 horse power lawn tractor unable to go much of anywhere. But that's another idea. -

Other filters or seperators are designed to be changed when necessary. And should be regularly. In my time we even had oil seperators or spinners. I forget the exact situation with them.
But as of today if it aint water, it's going to be your fuel pump. You need to be in a shop today asap to be looked at. Generally shes throwing codes and not feeling well. You might not get alot of miles today, but you would be a good driver who cares and love your rig. -
So now I have to hang out here till monday and sshouldn't have a trailer at that point so I think Ill be able to limp it down there bobtail with out a tow hopefully.x1Heavy Thanks this. -

I got a fiddy says it's 100% bad fuel filters / bad fuel water separator filter.
My ISX will throw a code for clogged filters as well. Don't ask me how it knows that. Low pressure? No clue but it will.
DD 15s are weird though when they get serviced. You can't do all the filters at once, or you do the oil, then the fuel, or not all the fuels at once ( you have more than one I think ), it's something like that. -
Water-in-the-fuel is the fastest, easiest and cheapest diagnosis to make, and there's no uncertainty about the results.
In order to do it myself, I always have a clear mason jar with me. I catch the first contents out of the fuel filter drain into that jar and observe. Any water will be at the bottom of that filter, and it will quickly appear at the bottom of that mason jar as a separate layer or bubble. I give it up to five minutes or so just to make sure.
A fuel filter / water separation filter with a clear sight bowl will allow the water to be seen, but the jar is more clear than a muddy sight bowl.
Water and oil don't mix, at least not for long, which makes it nice. -
