and I mean NO power, running about 50,000 gross and it pulls fine on the flat, but get it in the hills and it's down to 30 mph!

Have had it to three dealers, Delta P sensor replaced, low speed turbo sensor and wiring replaced, injector harness replaced(unrelated problem), all clamps and hoses checked for leaks, several fuel filters, primaries and secondaries, just wonder if anyone else had an issue like this.

I thought I had read somewhere that these trucks had a load based parameter in them, but now I can't find it. Just seems like the turbo will not spool up?

    Thanks Stan

Is the progressive shift params in the ECU? if so get them taken out. The DD-15's with them has a similar problem.

Hey Jonny, glad to say we did get it fixed, but I doubt you have the same problem. Bought the truck with 150,000 miles on it, the problem was it was an intermittent problem and we found it by accident.

The issue was at some point this truck was hit in the front, and the wiring harness that runs the signal to the turbo had a wire that was pinched.

Luckily we found it before we started replacing parts, and it has been great since, but it had a bunch of people scratching their heads for a while.

My truck still acting all messed up. No power over little hills. And hell if I have strong wind I'm up against. The truck dies down as well. But thanx again.

Just a heads up there was a recall on some of the earlier Cascadias on the inj. wiring harness, it would wick up oil and the inj. would misfire, or be sluggish.

Well. That would make sense because I do have oil around what I believe is the harness and or injector. I tried taking pics with my phone but cannot figure out how to upload them on here. I'm using my phone on all this rite now.
