HOS Violation????

Can somebody please explain to me how this is considered a violation of the 14 hour rule? Not to mention I run intrastate and can't seem to make my ELD understand that I get 16 hour days and 12 hours of driving. Surely no decent cop would cite me....right?

OK. Makes sense. And just now I learned about the "personal conveyance" option on the app. I pulled into the TA around 8, got on the service waiting list, drove into the bay at 9:45 and back to my parking spot, (with working a/c thank God), at 1:15am. If I had not accepted those "driving events" it would not have resulted in a violation. I think.

 

I was bobtail and I am the company.
