    And why I'm no longer there ... Knight's changes impacted my business model and though I liked the people I worked with - and I put a lot of value on that - it just became financially untenable.

    Doesn't impact you ... I'm an O/O and Knight killed some lucrative O/O programs immediately upon taking over. I gave it go for 6 months, but I was losing $315 a week from what I was previously doing ... as it turns out they did me a favor. My settlement last week was $4700 ... it will be around $7200 this week.

    Why are they sending you home? You have to wait for a mentor? Didn't they do the drug test the first day? They usually get it back by the last day.

    She said its probably just back logged or something. Sending me home cause its cheaper than keeping me in a hotel for a few days. It was pretty dark so a good chance they had to use a second sample

    Did they have you do another urine test? Dark urine sometimes mean you are dehydrated. Drink alot of water
