I had a card saying I was certified to adjust brakes Before from a carrier, if that is what this is?

If there is a valid safety issue that needs to be addressed and the company refuses to fix it I would document everything and take a rental home.

Good trooper should give a ticket driver first. He signed PRE trip inspection falsely stating the truck is in compliance with FMSA rules to be on the road.

They will bring it to you in a black SUV or if you are in a remote area they'll fly it to you in a black helicopter!

I’d have to know what the defect is. Some people make a mound out of a mole hill.

Who do you think gets the ticket, the company doesn't.

The driver gets the ticket, the driver gets the points and the driver has to sign the inspection as the person responsible of that truck on the road under his control.
