    Thank you.

If you don’t mind telling me what the right way? Lease a new truck and turn it in every 3 years before the warranty runs out?

Somewhere on here I read the guys making the most money were driving trucks that +3 years old.

Look it isn't about leasing or buying it is all about how you set up the business and how you find your work that is within your needs.

What works for one is a disaster for others.

My business model is based on purchasing, not leasing. The amount that is put into the truck during its life time used as a tool justifies it, and as a recovery asset at the end of life of the truck, I normally come out way ahead.

What gets me is the lack of understanding how a ledger works and how the need to have liquid capital in hand not just to start but to also maintain the truck. The scourge of the owner segment is the cheap owner who lives load by load, with no back up.
