Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

When did this happen? I’ve been here 6 years and this is the first I’m hearing of it.

 

I did. It’s green, says Abilene, still does 72, my pay check still says Abilene and 2 of the new 100 dry vans I picked up last week are still decaled with Abilene graphics. Now I hear our 50 new reefers are all decaled the same. Oh and the 100 new Volvo’s and KW’s are still green. All this and the buyout happpened 3 months ago. I’m confused.

 

Nothing in my life here has changed. If it stays this way 3 more years then my driving career is finished and I’ll be home enjoying my retirement selling a little real estate with my wife.
