In office work they say to dress one level above the level appropriate for the job you want.

This type of job I'd say never show up not prepared to work.

Work pants and a clean shirt.

And make sure your pants fit you properly.

There are few things worse than a guy coming in for an interview wearing pants that are five sizes too big, and they're down below his butt.

It's sad that Society has gotten to a place that that even has to be said.

Collard shirt tucked in with belt. Good pair of pants. Good pair of shoes. Comb your hair and shave. Leave your gloves and work boots in the car ready in case they ask.
If they asked you in they want to see you so you need to look better than the other applicants.

i wore a pressed shirt (long sleeve, button down, taylored) and tie to my last 2 driving interviews. if i am expected to “work” it shall be aforementioned. otherwise, i am going to look like a million bucks.

and yeah i interviewed for my current job over the summer, at the end of june, it was hot.

It's the old lady, wife or girlfriend, that I really hate to see. The guy is Braindead and so the wife has to do all the thinking and communications for him. Shes the boss. You wrote the checks and own everything, but she's the boss. Nope. "Get out. Don't need you."

What everybody else said and one more important thing.

    DON'T WEAR A HAT.

If you do happen to wear a hat take it off before going into the interview. I don't care if you're bald or want to hide something on your head, no hats.

Typically new jeans, go to meeting work boots, buttoned work shirt ( brown or blue ). If you're a long hair, then do whatever you long hairs do, otherwise have a haircut. Have 2 pens. Have all the appropriate documents you need.

    Be yourself.
