They ran me down to Plaquemine Tues-Thurs last week. Local guys were tied up so I had to deliver that load Friday. I was surprised to get the call Friday saying N Chicago picking up Sunday. That's rare and I would like to have had Sat at home.

Sitting at the plant now and they had no idea I was comming. Hopefully they can get the tank approved to ship. It's loaded but not sealed.

It was a slow Sunday for me. One load of caustic out of Searsport to Verso in Jay. Tomorrow I've got a load of clay slurry out of So. Portland to Jay. I've never done this run, so something completely new for me.

So I'm scheduled for orientation 07/09/18 and I wanted to know about the local position. I'll be working out of the Baltimore, md area and if someone can tell what to expect? They posted 12-14 hr work day which is normal in this area for chemical tanker. Just a run down of what the typical day would be.

Welcome to Pennsylvania! Theres also a big P&G plant just north of there in Mehoopaney.

Loading clay slurry down there in SOPO is a pita. You have to stick it manually and they never get the weight right.

The last time I went there was the last time I'll ever go there.
