Where's u tankers loading at this morning

I guess I am a lazy tanker , but make enough to survive , being retired from the army and VA helps a little .

 

What are you going to spend it on? In Houston, home, loaded this morning and will head out tonight.

No sleeping in tomorrow either, going to take them fishing.

 

It was a slow Sunday for me. One load of caustic out of Searsport to Verso in Jay. Tomorrow I've got a load of clay slurry out of So. Portland to Jay. I've never done this run, so something completely new for me.

 

So I'm scheduled for orientation 07/09/18 and I wanted to know about the local position. I'll be working out of the Baltimore, md area and if someone can tell what to expect? They posted 12-14 hr work day which is normal in this area for chemical tanker. Just a run down of what the typical day would be.

 

Interesting what engineers was smoking when they build a plant In a middle off nowhere around mountains in Pennsylvania???

Welcome to Pennsylvania! Theres also a big P&G plant just north of there in Mehoopaney.

Loading clay slurry down there in SOPO is a pita. You have to stick it manually and they never get the weight right.

The last time I went there was the last time I'll ever go there.
