Hey CowboyJJ, If you read the posts you will find that drivers are flying from Salt Lake City Utah to Conley Georgia to get upgraded (Get there trucks) and the other shortage we were talking about is W9's Lease Operators trucks.

We have a Friend at WVC and he says there is #### for Company trucks.

Don't believe all the recruiters tell you, They get paid to recruit you.

The purpose of these threads is to get real time info from Drivers and Students who are already in the Central School, we also get information from some active trainers.

The Closest Training Facility is Riverside CA go to the central website and all the info you need is there.

    Good Luck with School.:yes2557:

hey cowboy jj i am at centrals school in salt lake right now and i can 100% tell you there are no trucks right now i personally know of about 6 guys that have been waiting for at least 5 days for a truck. i do know that 2 were flown to atlanta to get a truck. there are about 50 volvos sitting back by the shop that are taged for sale. 3 new prostars came in 2 days ago but have not been issued as of yet. lease trucks are also in short supply as well. this is a fast paced school and people drop like flies each week so make sure you are truthful on your app. i think it was the other central thread i posted on that tellsabout the school. well good luck and hope to see you at the central inn one day.

Central has a terminal in Fontana CA, You will probably upgrade in WVC or Conley GA as Fontana has a tiny Terminal.

hey jess talked to jj today about the lease truck situation . while on the phone with him i was talking to one of the lease operators wife who is also in my class and she went and talked to the o\o department and basically confirmed that there is a shortage. i kind of think they are clearing out all of their inventory to make space for the prostars. plus a lot of company drivers seem to be going to the lease to make more money and less l/o's are quiting and turning in their trucks due to the economy. thus equalling a shortage of trucks. but that is just my take on what i have heard and seen these past 2weeks

Thats fully understandable with how the economy is right now I can see how less and less l/o would want to turn them in.
