TONU Clause

Does it really have to be more complex than 1 sentence such as: TONU charge is $XXX.XX?
I don't have one either...so I am only asking.

 

Probably ought to say what a TONU is, don't you think?

And then the trouble starts.... Contracts define things, by definition.

 

Ummm, that's pretty much what I said....

I've been there in a few different capacities over the years. Try fighting yourself directly vs. having a lawyer representing you, and see how it goes. More often than not the lawyers have the clout over an individual to get things done. Unfortunately they charge profusely for it.
