I can understand some guys think it’s obnoxious. I get it. Some people are truck enthusiast like myself. I have a peterbilt 379. I don’t know any other 379 owners that don’t have pipes.

 

I know lol.

 

I prefer double DD stacks.

 

MXS Cat 8" mitered from the Y, sounds good and mellow-not too loud for the overnight idling. Lookin' good and soundin' good..

 

These are 7” flat top. What’s wrong with it ? Just cause I have pride on my equipment makes it stupid ? It has a similar reducer as was posted earlier that’s hidden underneath. So what’s the problem? And to add.... I have the after market DPF....

 

The only guys left in trucking that have pride in their ride are 359,379 and 389 owners. You can also throw in the kenworth w900 guys too. Old school enthusiasts. Sweet ride

I got pride in my ride. Not apete or a KW. Heck only has one little stack behind the cab. I’ve seen some sweet 386’s and 579’s too. Heck even some nice 660’s.

Would I love me some big ol pipes on a 379? Helll ye!!! But this is what brings me to the dance.
