    Trash haulers, beverage haulers, Newspapers
Many of these have dock to truck programs.

    Otherwise,
    Roehl
    Swift
    Both have training programs.
FedEx, XPO, Estes, Saia, take your pick of LTL haulers and many of them also have dock to truck programs as well.
Many little LTL final mile companies do too, or will take you on as a helper and work you into the license as they have a need or ability to.

But the best way for us to help is to know what area of the country you are in. Say Northeast, Southern California. Not too specific, but the nearest major city can help too.

Finding an employer in that area won't be hard. Its one of the most heavily traveled lanes imaginable. Pick a company and start applying.

Bro you don't talk about who you not gone work for in a situation when you're worried about housing and food. Prime is a better option that Celadon, crst, cr England, Western Express... Etc.

Beggers can't be choosers so you better change your attitude.

Swift fronts you the money for your training and lodging, then you pay it back over your first year. I spent my first year with Swift. If you happen to be a military veteran, you do not have to pay for your training as long as you stay for one year after you go solo.

What was your reason for the long unemployment period? That will affect who will hire you.
