Or is it that some people just don't except that the first 6 months are really gonna suck and then
maybe with a good attitude you'll get more work especially if not worried about getting home?
Alsp wonderng about dirty tricks like overloading you and not telling you about it.... or making you do work you don't have to do at all. or Paying "Lumpers" just to get unloaded...or you sit for hours waiting???
BUT REALLY????? IS the pay really that bad??? 25,000 a year take home?
thats a lot of responsibility for such little pay?????
So are all those Internet Video Right? About what you get paid??

Trucking in Tennessee Thanks this. -
You always check your weight if you don’t know. Never leave without knowing what you weigh. This first few months can be rough money wise, but it gets way better.

Yes it does. I’m somewhere in the middle and make 70-72k a year. Lots of people make more than I do, but I’m home every night and have amazing benefits and 401k with company match, and a nice truck to drive. It all depends on what fits your lifestyle. You could come here brand new out of school and learn to haul logs and make 60-65 your first year

well maybe ill look into the "WIOA" thing and see if they can get me going,,,,but seeings how its government i can't see them giving tuition money all that quick for the situation I'm in.....Everything in the Federal government takes for ever...
i need to get going as soon i can get my paper work.....sucks being in this situation.
Ill still check with the "WIOA" on monday though -
No program to get a Cdl here. Honestly in your position, I’d go to a company that will get you one. Doesn’t sound like you have many income needs and using the truck as your house would work well for OTR
