    Please help with my questions.
Looking forward to replace front suspension and springs.
Are leafs same for left and right ?
Any good aftermarket source to compete with Volvo?

i dont think there is a good aftermarket being that volvo is so #### heavy in the front so oem usualy will do there is a + spring and a - spring either way both need to be same either + or - the + has a little bit more height and more rigid thats was i like to use on mine the other is softer. air ride there is only one spring available and definately no aftermarket.

Only lead spring. Truck leaning on the passenger side . Alignment is screwed. I can't afford tire change and 3 alignments every 6 months. Time to do it yourself and right.

I just had new springs installed. My mechanic put 3 aftermarket spring leafs instead of factory two, because 770's are heavy and always have problems with springs. I don't recall the brand, but I think those leafs are manufactured in Dayton, OH.
Your local suspension shop should be able to get them

Volvo front end is a Trainwreck.
Heavy weight on steer axles and stupid dealers spec underrated suspensions.

    What is your current axle?
    12,500# ?
    13,200#?

None of the 780s should've left the factory with anything less than a 13,200# front suspension ... But too many ignorant dealers ordered underrated suspension/axles on 700 series trucks... And now I'm seeing a few idiot dealers doing this same thing on 860s.

Fill the fuel tanks on your brand new truck and POW you're overweight on the steer axle rating.

    SMH !!

Where is your 5th wheel? Can you move it back a bit?

@Snailexpress what size tanks you have. I also have 630 with 150 tanks and my 5th wheel has a lot of room to adjust.

I just had the front leafs done plus the cab mounts and made a huge difference. My truck has the air ride

I'm not sure exactly about tank size and there is no problem with weight distribution.
Have perfect 12000/34000/34000 setup with reefer. Just leafs driver side and pass side difference. Pass side almost flat truck leaning about 2 inches.
