JD, you are right about paperwork. What most people don't realize is that a lot of customers will not pay their freight bills without the proper documentation. So the company has to get that BOL or whatever paperwork the customer demands.
Regarding GPS, you're correct, there are customers out there right now who will not use a carrier without GPS. They want to be able to track their product. As you know any carrier who has any kind trk/trl ratio and can drop trailers is a rolling warehouse now.

I am a Good driver, over 1Million accident/indecent free miles. I have never received so much as a parking ticket while driving a truck. I am an Experienced driver, have been at it since 1997.
