Many business operations receive parking tickets with fines on them. These are considered a cost of doing business and they are expensed.
I am sure that many companies expense the overweight tickets as well. -

They have no interest in the expense of 100.00 or so. They are looking for larger amounts that trigger interest. -

well ticket fines r a expense we truckers ocurr that arnt tax deducteable .. wish we could. i ended up spending around a thousand bucks last year in fines
