OH, I will my uncle would have seen this website before he signed up with Werner. He started with them 2 months ago. Pure hell! He ended up getting seriuosly hurt when the chain broke from the door and hit him in the back. He started to have blood in his urine....turned out he had damaged his kidney. He spent 3 weeks in CO by himself. The trainer he was with left him to find his own ride to the hospital. He was sent back to MN on a bus on Friday on a MANDATORY 30 day MEDICAL LEAVE with no pay and no insurance. He was having issues with breathing. We got the phone call this morning that he was found dead on his couch. Werner cause a lot of stress on him. He knew it was not a good situation shortly after he started to train. Sadly, he spent his last months of his life in pure hell and died. Sad hearts. I am sorry you had to experience it, I am glad you came out alive......Our Uncle said many of the same things you did about the company, he just didn't know it until he was committed to this company

You mentioned this in your other post and this is very sad to say the least. Are you quite sure he didn't have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Omaha? And he should have been able to have workmans comp. since he had been injured on the job. Had he been informed of that? If you feel that he was wronged you should contact someone who can let you know what your rights are and his were. Good luck and you have my prayers.

I think he was under workmans comp while in CO after the accident but when released I think he thought he didn't have insurance. I will have to check on it. I guess is doesn't do any good now since he is no longer with us but I would love to know.

We knew that he didn't have insurance while on the job. Someone in another posting told me that he wouldn't get it until he worked for 3 months.
