Do they hire out of Wisconsin? I think that was asked a few pages back but I didn't see a response.

 

I'd call and talk to CJ in recruiting and find out. I think the hiring map will probably say we don't, but we do run loads up there so maybe we do.

That’s what some drivers can’t get over. They get stuck on #####ing about a wait but don’t look at the big picture that they still maximized there 70 for the week.

 

That is so true. I do like to run a bit more efficiently, but yes if the miles are there I'm willing to overlook that.

 

In my short time here Nogales seems to be not on top of things. They seem lost most of the time. We got lucky this week coming out of Calexico but we usually sit there for awhile. Would be nice if they ran the west as well as Mountain City runs the east.

I’d have to say for guys who like miles, DHT is one of the best kept OTR secrets out there.

 

Do they still have quarterly mileage bonus at DHT. I noticed that it's not on the new brochure

 

Yes they still have it. It all depends on which plan you choose. There are 4 different plans. One of them gives you quartly and month mileage in the same month and gets rid of fuel bonus and doubles the safety bonus.

 

Oh they didn't go over that in orientation but I guess I'm on the first one you mentioned.

 

Call HR and ask them to send you the PDF file with all 4 plans.
