Well, I might as well say my "Hello" and then "Goodbye". I've never been on a forum with sooooo Many Rules.
So I posted about the forcast of Diesel prices for 2009 and 2010 and added a" link "from the government agency.
Was trying to figure out with all these rules, if you could post a link or not, First I read No, and then read somewhere you can now post links. So now I'll probably get knocked off.

Ahhhhhhhh,, give me a break here.

Anyway, I'm happy to have found this forum. So many people on here, and never found a moving forum for Truckers like this one.

I have been in the Trucking Industry for Many years. I have a CDL and was taught by my husband. We had our own truck, then trucks and had a small reputable company.
We hauled from general freight, to produce, to steel, to heavy hauling and it took many years of experience to learn what we did.
And even after all these years? We're still learning more. You never stop learning.
    That's what makes Trucking enjoyable.
Everyday is a New Day with New faces, new places, and new adventures.
You seem to never get tired of it, if it's in the Blood,
The Best Part of Trucking?? The Heavy Hauling. Now that's challenging!

    luvtheroad Thanks this.

    .
Yeh, you're probably right. Cuz the last guy who came in whining about the rules, whined for 3 days.

Instead of providing any actual content to the forum, he elected to debate (rather rudely) the "silliness" of the rules. With the owner of said site.

    BTW, welcome to the forum.

Start with a flatbed or stepdeck company that will teach you securement. Then move on up the food chain.
