Driving truck is an easy way to gain more weight.
Might want to look into flatbed training. I've heard it's keeps you more active. -
You are talking about things that will create a debate.
The Lady said she was 119 once upon a time back when. Next thing she knew she is up there in weight. She can go back to 120 again someday with some very careful work.
Im pretty sure the Good Lord has been wonderful having someone for everyone. And it's been wonderful. But I prefer mine a little bit on the lean side. Provided she has a appetite. My spouse actually had to quit trucking when she went from around 130 to 159 in 10 months. 6 months purchasing nutrasweet at home and eating their system of foods had her back to 130 again at 5.6 I think before too long. But in her genetic family ancestry there are certain places where the weight for her will add up if she eats and stores more than she burns in a normal day.
I myself was 270 a few years ago. I got it back to 180 something and like it there. But I don't think I will ever see 160 again in this lifetime. That last 20 pounds is too much to get through unless I would start smoking again like I used to. (Might as well, everything else is killing me slowly....) that will come right off, the weight that is.
I remember being sloppy at 270 foods wise and then getting even sicker and less mobile. Finally my heart doctor said you need to fix this or it will kill you just like the others in your family.
Took a number of trees, a big chain saw and a bit of land to go to work on. A few years in with a goal of chopping worthless trees (I had a lumber man show up to assess my trees for value and he told me flat with the exception of three walnuts all of my trees might as well be firewood for all he cared. (There was no value to him) and that sparked a idea in my mind to chop many of them into firewood for carefully picked families with children and no electric in our area for the coming of winter. Takes a year for the wood to season and about a week around first frost to load and deliver all of it.
I got nothing except a knowledge that at least one family with children will not freeze this winter because of some silly electric bill. And I managed to provide for a family for a number of years.
Having something like that with a established goal as well as being very physical in the work etc made the body weight come right off me. Once that happened then more repairs and other good things became possible on the body. The alternative is simply not acceptable.Oldironfan and MBAngel Thank this. -
I could afford to lose 100 pounds myself at 5'11" 309. But mom just calls me fluffy.

If you are serious about losing weight be prepared to have times it takes weeks to see any turnaround and any progress. You can always use them fads that come around or you can go seriously with a whole food, mainly fruits and vegs, no hfcs, sugar and drinking the recommended amount of water while adding at least a half hour walk everyday.
x1Heavy and Oldironfan Thank this. -

I drink double tall bacon fat smoothies and stir it with a breakfast sausage. And I’m basically a calendar model now.
