They get a pat on the butt but no bonus, etc. I've done a few reviews and got a callback from one of the Phoenix vice presidents of something or other. Negative reviews go to that person's supervisor.

Negative review go to that person’s supervisor. That supervisor will tell that person to knock it off. Other than that, you just wasted your time doing the review.

 

I almost understand the question. Gin and juice are not for breakfast.

 

That person's supervisor will probably read the review and think, "So what, whiner.", and that will be the end of it. It is a waste of time and a frustrating app as well.

For a brief period of time, I had a supervisor who gave out $50 bonuses for a five star review if we were mentioned by name. (I got 2 of them myself.) Most of the time, though, there is no bonus.

I encourage drivers to fill these out, and to do it frequently. If a supervisor gets a negative VYC on a particular employee, they likely won't do too much about it. But if they receive several negative reports, then they will sit up and take notice. Same goes for positive reports. You may not get a direct response, but people are reading your comments. It only takes a minute. Go on and do it.
