That was a steep hill! With the steers lifting off the road he lost control. Hell of a fight on the way back down, but he lost that one.

Here's something I saw a few months ago, let the experienced hands list everything done wrong:

I'm getting on westbound I-40 in OKC at 5:00 pm. I noticed a police car had the bubble gum machine going, parked behind a step deck with OVERSIZED banners.

The stepdeck had a wide load on the low deck, taking up most of the low deck. He had a small car on the upper deck.

List what you think the driver will be ticketed for, and how much that ticket will cost.

He was STILL there after I delivered to an oil rig 40 miles west of OKC and was taking the same exit to get a shower at the TA. Only this time there were three troopers lighting him up and he was standing outside his cab with that abject look of, "I'm ####ED!!!"

I'll take a stab at it. The car's not supposed to be there?

That's right. It can't be a divisible load. There's more.

Oversized banner should be a wide load banner?

I don't run that area much but I do seem to remember a curfew during rush hour. Don't remember what it applies to.

EXACTLY! 5:00 pm entering OKC city limits is VERBOTEN on the interstates. 3-6 pm.

That's why reading your provisions is so important. He was SO close to pulling into a truck stop...

...but then that CAR...on the upper deck?

    Whoo boy!

I wonder if they were holding him there, waiting for a crane to offload the car.

That had to be all around expensive.
