What happened to "real" restaurants at truckstops? What stops still have them?

This is one of the oldest truck stops I know of. Nothing special, outdated building , cheap fuel, cigs, and buckets of detergent. And good cooking, with mouthy waitresses. Last time I was there you could smoke inside.

Over in Morris, Illinois off I-80.
While there were other good restaurants too, it's one of the best non-specialty restaurants that's truck accessible. -
That's a gem right there.....food is affordable too!

I don't know if it's the "kitchen", but I had the dinner buffet there one night when they had ribs, and it was outstanding.
