Knock off on the coffee three hours before the end of your shift. If you keep on drinking it until the end you will be too wired to sleep. Other than that sleep whenever you can because you never know when you’re going to get the next opportunity. And if you’re too tired to drive then you are too tired to drive. Know your limitations.

Don’t drive if you’re too tired.

You drive the truck not dispatch. If I don’t feel well enough to drive I’ll go home.

If I was otr I’d park it. I couldn’t care less how busy it is or whatever else is going on when I crash the truck it’s my ###.

Don't drink coffee late in the day, You want to be tired when the day is over so you don't just sit and watch TV, :)

    Put in a movie you've seen a 1000 times.

You're mind will be bored with it, you'll be out in less than 10 minutes.

Dont drink any caffeine in the afternoon turn off the tv and phone, all that artificial light will keep ur brain awake for hours and not allow u to sleep

Find another job where you don't drive so hard or find another line of work.

Maybe add a STOR to your coffee to give it an extra boost. It helps me when I get a little drowsy. They are right next to the small individual cream containers. The Bogota Sunrise from TA with one STOR seems to do the trick.
