Yes it's .42 althou you will never see it. the will force you out before you ever get that high. They don't want you there past the 1st year.

Oh and your trainer there will have less the a year of driving experience.

my trainer had quite a few years driving experince do not say someting like you trainer there will have less than a year driving experince unless you know that is a fact.

There is a possibilty that you could get one with less than a year but there are some with alot of experince there.

If you get one with less than a year experince you can ask for one with more experince.

I know this because I worked for them for 5 yrs and I was a trainer for them. Back when they only let drivers with 3+ yrs train. Then they got the bright idea that students come out of school knowing how to drive. That all they need is a "mentor" and any 3mo. rookie can do that. Thats when they started going down hill fast.

I do know it for a fact. 75% of the copany has less then 1 yr of experience. 90% has less then 3yrs. So chances are if you hire on with this rookie run company you will get a rookie for a trainer.

Well, I certainly won't dispute your claim. Why? Because I lack hard factual evidence to the contrary. I'm sure you wouldn't just pull those numbers out of the air just to prove your claim. Where do you get your number? I do have to say that I find it difficult to believe that top executives would one day come to the conclusion that, "Hey, this company, if it's going to ever be an industry leader, has to move in a new direction. I have a surefire plan: We get rid of all the experienced drivers. Think of the money we'll make with rookie drivers!!!":biggrin_25526:
