Just hate the way these newer trucks look

Maybe I'm just a cranky old man but every time i see a lonestar i think of some ####### kid that tricks out a PT cruiser

Or that ####### swift lease purchase guy (complete with 90 percent of his body covered in tattoos and inch holes in his ears) that put a wrap on his prostar and set it in a truck show next to immaculately detailed 379s and w9s.

 

That's like saying the 359 looks nothing like the 379. IMO 359, 379 and 389 are visually the same save some minor esthetic variances.

 

If the Lonestar is black, I can only think of Cruella De Vil in 101 Dalmatians

 

Is a firebird the same as a camaro? Only to someone that doesn't know cars.

 

Would you say that a Firebird looks NOTHING.......like a Camaro?

 

I sorta like em, except those hood mirrors, those things are horrible on any truck but especially this one. They don’t look like anything else on the road but a Mack.

 

A rounded grille shell, headlights, and passenger step, that’s why I said “basically” the same. The extra length in the hood is hardly noticeable.

Edit: forgot that with the 389 that Pete went to tow pins like KW, so there are those two holes in the bumper.

 

Thought you boys knew trucks around here...

 

Did they bring the American class interior back for 07? It was discontinued in what? O5?

 

They only look similar to someone that doesn't know firebirds or camaros.
