Okay, there have to be a few pieces missing in this story. I believe the kid was guilty of taking inappropriate pictures, but a felony charge? How about a weeks suspension and 50 hours community service at a battered womens shelter instead.

Anyway . . . how short was her skirt? How did he get close enough to her, to take an upskirt pic w/o her noticing?

 

Kids have always done this kind of goofy crap. I went to school with a guy who got caught w/ a spot mirror on his shoe. Would put foot out in isle and try and sneak a peek up the girls skirt. Got 3 licks and warned not to let it happen again. It did. Not at school though. Girl who caught him slapped his silly. Think that did the trick.
