Pitfalls from speeding

Einstein would be rolling over in his grave if he knew you were comparing his work with the pseudo science that the IPCC puts out. But carry on, don't let reality get in the way of a good story.

 

If you climate skeptics would just research your own #### claims before posting them you'd save everyone the trouble of spending time debunking each one. I think they call it a Gish Gallop. Constant stream of made up claims which take seconds to make, take much longer to debunk because it takes actual research.

 

Buddy, you've already made your mind up. I could quote you some good books from people like Roy Spencer but what's the point? My experience has been when people drink the koolaid you can spout all the evidence to the contrary you want and it doesnt make the slightest difference.

I'll believe "Climate Change" is a crisis when those telling me it's a crisis ACT as if it's a crisis.

Meanwhile the rich, famous, and politically connected continue to go about their privileged lives as if there's not a problem.

 

So what if Al Gore live in a nice house and earns a living by traveling to places where people pay to hear him lecture?

Al could have bought the bigger more comfortable private airplane but he chose an emission friendly blander looking plane to travel in.

And public air travel for him with his Secret Service agents would be a nightmare for anyone else traveling on the same plane or even the same day as him.

 

Before you make a claim about climate change, or global warming, check THIS LIST and see if it has already been debunked. That should make it easier on all of us.

 

Lying with statistics, like most on both sides try and do. First of all "All" scientist don't agree. That would be impossible taking the human condition into account. Second is while the oft repeated 97% of scientist agree.... line is false. 97% of the papers published in one study greeed climate change was real and at least partly caused bu humans. Science is never settled. Scientists come up with theories to explain evidence and when new evidence comes up, the theories are reevaluated.
Of course sometimes some scientists come up with a theory they like and then go hunting for evidence that fits their theory. Not nearly all science is created equal. There are good scientists and there are scientist who make the data show whatever their grant giver wants.

And sometimes their grant giver wants people to think the world is ending unless you keep them in power so they can fix the world's problems.
