I tend to like the more abstract TNT Companies like Wallace Colville Express.
Which from what I can tell was as Rene said a company that hauled agricultural goods. They were registered in Seattle, Washington in the mid 1960s and there registration expired in 1995. I think Wallace Colville ran under the TNT United flag, correct me if I am wrong, but did Wallace Colville have there own tractors or was there power all from TNT United. All of that ended up getting merged into TNT Reddaway at the end of the day.

From a decal vendor for models... Wallace Colville Rapid Motor FreightTim Williams, president and owner of Priority Freight Lines in Renton, began learning the trucking business as a boy growing up in Spokane.
Williams, 34, is the third generation of Williams's to work in the freight industry.
His grandfather, Oscar, started Wallace-Colville Motor Freight in Spokane during the early 1960s. His father, Tom, worked as general manager of Wallace-Colville. In 1990, Tom Williams continued managing his dad's business and started his own firm, United Truck Lines.

Those Ford are very scarce in the TNT stable. The only other one that I ever saw was operated by the joint venture TNT Express Worldwide in the Toronto region.
But through some acquisitions TNT added some european style trucks. Through Red Star
the Group operated a signicative fleet of coe Volvo straight trucks and tractors.
I have also somewhere a photo of a Volvo tractor, I'm looking for it.
TNT operated also two small fleets of Mack MS 300 through the acquisition of IFL a Canadian rail freight forwarder renamed TNT Railfast and an air freight forwarder from California, Bekins Express renamed TNT Express.. -
Mike_77 Thanks this.

Yes, it's because sometime they have to go on the tarmac to deliver or pick up urgent or late freight directly to or from the aircraft. -

Wallace Colville had no dedicated tractor. All tractors they use was United. In fact Wallace Colville was a peripheral operation for United. WC hauled in truckload quantity, bulk or
dry van, and stood for only around 10% of the total tonnage hauled by United.
