I would pick up a 10" "#######" file and round those edges next time you are waiting on a confirmed dispatch.

I see I can't specify a common type of double cut flat metal file without the word police getting grumpy.

 

A fatherless file, even a sheet of 80 grit and a block of wood will dull the sharp corner.

Sure is. 2004 379. Our fleet is packed full of them.

Owner doesn't like the loss of wheelbase with the long hood on a 244" WB. That and most of our drivers whine if their bunk is anything smaller than a 63 high top.

 

What brand of trailer is it?

 

I just have 2000 pre eld Pete with short hood ( used to be car hauler , removed headrack ) , kinda wondered how bad it will look compared to long hood .. mine don't have side stacks though ...having troubles finding driver ...over 2 months , it was my truck before , but now I drive 2009 kw t660 with c16
