Personally, I would stick it out. You made it this far, would be good if you could provide proof that you kept in contact with trainer who let you down.

 

If I had good footing to get out from under the debt of having my CDL training paid for, without it biting me in the behind, I'd jump at the chance!!!!

I had a similar situation with CRST back in ‘04, but I wasn’t just abandoned at a terminal, my truck was issued to another team after my team mate had to leave due to family emergency. If your still attempting communication and getting nowhere, I’d consider that a breach. My opinion. If the wheels are not turning, your not earning.
