Hi , my truck is a freightliner classic 2004 with a cat C15 BXS. Check light comes out and check a bad #5 IVA solenoid. Changed it and runs with the same problem. Check it with ET and a injector #6. Change it and the same problem. Now with no error codes. We reprogrammed the ecm to 550 HP and 1850 torq. It was 435HP. Can someone help

You need to check wiring, especially the inside engine harness are prone to getting brittle, rubbing and having loose connections at the components. Keep in mind could be outside the engine too, but most troubles are found inside. Older engines, if you in there pull the base and replace both harnesses.

Don't "just" delete the vva's. Your headgasket won't last long. To delete them properly you need to install lower comp pistons or have yours cut down to lower the compression.wore out, SAR, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this.
