Showers come free with the purchase of fuel. You get reward points for fuel and some places let you use points for laundry. It's $2.50 to wahsh and $2.50 to dry. Some small independent truck stops are cheaper .75-1.25

    Food varies widely.

I try to keep it all under 50 a week. Only spend pts on food at truck stops. Rest i fill my fridge and freezer. Showers drinks are free. I save on laundry by wearing my cloths 1 week and than flipping it all inside out for anoutjer week. Than wash them in the shower and dry them in the fan.

About $60 leaving the house with a full cooler.

You have to stop at Wal Mart or a grocery store and restock every 3 to 5 days with real food, or you will simply DIE, or become a mega driver behemoth.

Depends on so many factors I have a wide variances. Between $100 if I leave home with a carton of smokes, and a full fridge. Cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, hot meal at restaurant for dinner. Drinks and snacks out of the fridge.

Up to about $350 if I didn't bring smokes.
Or if I remind myself. She has a 5 bed room house and nice new caddie.
Plus I sat in that same freightliner for 17 years. While i put 2 of the boys thru college. And now they have good jobs and thier own houses.
Plus I'm still paying for the 3rd boy to go to private school, boy scouts, Jr Olympic rifle team events, meetings, competition, rifle, scopes, ammo etc, marching band and drum core, uniforms, meeting, competitions.
So sometimes I say "f" eating out the truck like a #### monad, go this treat yourself. Sometimes up to $500 a week, more mostly due to drinks if wind up at Applebees, sports bar etc. with other drivers or the crew)
Sorry for the length. Sometimes sitting in the truck. I wind myself up. Haha

I just spent $30 at the I-5 cafe in Orland, Ca. I had an Asian chicken salad, mozzarella sticks, and moose tracks ice cream. First real meal in about 2-3 weeks.

I budget $11 per day for groceries and truck stop chow, but rarely reach it. I like to know if I really want something I can have it with going over budget.

I think its a personal deal. How long do you stay out? I like to run 7 to 13 days out 4 to 5 off. I will cook up a big baggie if scrambled eggs at the house. A few pounds of something chicken/ pot roast beef whatever. Then I fill fridge around that precooked turkey sausage to enhance the eggs some salsa But once a week I like a nice meal out Texas Roadhouse / Applebee’s if I want sports I like Hooters or a local sports bar over others. I own the rig my Authority etc. I can run real cheap.

    Be Safe Out There

$250/month from Sams and $250/month from Walmart, between oatmeal/beans/tuna/Protein Bars/Flatbread/peanutButter the diet stays consistent to stay regular and healthy. my favorite dish is oatmeal+ranchstylebeans+A1sause+Sriracha+NachoCheese doritos. Frito Pie!
