You may want to go visit Portland for a while first. It's not like it was 20 years ago. If you do decide to move there try to avoid Multnomah county.

Sounds like you just need to get off of the west coast and see how much different and better it is in the middle of the country.

Yep. Lived in Arizona and been all over the country. Been to Portland maybe 150-200 times. I should also mention that I’d be hauling chemicals and it would be about a $40,000 a year raise in pay.
